19-yr-old boy rapes, kills 66-yr-old woman because he was bored

 

A 19-year-old boy in Iowa, United States of America, Helmon Betwell, has been arrested and charged by the police after he raped and killed a woman because he 'had nothing better to do.'

After he was arrested, Betwll of Dubuque told the police that he sexually assaulted and killed the woman because he was bored and did not have anything better to occupy his time.

He also confessed he did not know the victim and had chosen her at random, believing the woman 'was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.'

Betwell has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree sexual assault and two counts of third-degree theft.

Lt. Scott Baxter of the Dubuque Police Department, said that the woman who was found without identifying information and with serious facial injuries was later identified as 66-year-old Nancy Ann Krapfl.
